How long does delivery take?
Delivery generally takes between 2 and 5 business days, excluding weekends and public holidays.
We always aim to deliver your order as soon as possible. Delivery times may vary depending on your location, order size, and seasonal demand.
What is the 'unpacking' service offered during checkout?
Our unpacking service is an optional add-on for customers who would prefer assistance with unloading and stacking their firewood.
For an additional fee, our delivery team will unpack the bags and neatly stack the firewood in your designated area.
The fee is calculated according to the number of bags being unpacked.
Select “INCLUDE UNPACKING” during checkout to view the additional cost. To remove the service, select “EXCLUDE UNPACKING” before proceeding to payment.
Please ensure that the designated stacking area is easily accessible to our delivery team.
Is your firewood guaranteed to be dry?
Our local firewood, including Bluegum, Black Wattle, and Rooikrans, cannot be guaranteed to be completely dry during the rainy season.
For easier ignition, consider adding Namib Fire Starters, Budget Fire Starters, or firelighters to your order.
I am unsure which firewood to order. Can you help?
