DELIVERY FEES

Our delivery fees are calculated during checkout and are based on your distance from our depot in Joostenberg Vlakte in the northern suburbs of Cape Town.

• Zone 1: 1 – 10km R100
• Zone 2: 10 – 20km R130
• Zone 3: 20 – 30km R200
• Zone 4: 30 – 40km R250
• Zone 5: 40 – 50km R300
• Zone 6: 50km+ R350
  
  

DELIVERY SCHEDULE

• Monday to Thursday: 08:00 to 17:00
• Friday: 08:00 to 14:00

On average, delivery takes 2 to 5 business days (excluding weekends and public holidays). We always aim to get your order to you on time.

• It’s an optional add-on for those who’d rather skip the heavy lifting.
  For a small extra fee, our delivery team will unpack and neatly stack your firewood in your designated spot.
  No heavy lifting, no mess—just a tidy stack of firewood, ready for action. We supply the wood, deliver it to your door, and spare your back in the process.
• The fee is calculated based on the number of bags to be unpacked.
  Simply select “INCLUDE UNPACKING” during checkout to see the cost added to your order. If you decide not to use the service, switch back to “EXCLUDE UNPACKING” before proceeding to payment.

Local firewood (Bluegum, Blackwattle, and Rooikrans) is not guaranteed to be 100% dry during the rainy season.
For easier ignition, consider adding Namib or Local Fire Starters and/or firelighters to your order.
