FIRE CULTURE IS A BUSINESS IN THE RETAIL & DISTRIBUTION INDUSTRY THAT SELLS FIREWOOD , BRAAI WOOD & OTHER RETAIL ITEMS.

Subject to availability and receipt of payment, requests will be processed within 2-5 working days

Delivery date and time will be confirmed.

Customers who fail to accept delivery during confirmed delivery times (after delivery has been confirmed and dispatched ) will incur an additional delivery charge.

Cancellation of orders by the client will incur a R200 administration fee.

The offering on our website is available to South African clients only. For abroad deliveries please see our export page.

The provision of goods and services is subject to availability. In an instance where the product is unavailable, we will refund you within 30 days.

We shall take all reasonable steps to protect the personal information of users. For the purpose of this clause, “personal information” shall be defined as detailed in the Promotion of Access to Information Act 2 of 2000 (PAIA).

EFT: Use your order number as your reference. EFT’s to be paid before delivery can be scheduled and POP sent to order@fireculture.co.za. Deliveries will only be done, once the EFT payment reflects in our account.

Transaction currency is South African Rands (ZAR).

Fire Culture takes full responsibility for all aspects relating to the transactions including sale of goods and services sold on this website, customer service and support, dispute resolution and delivery of goods.

‍HOW DOES DELIVERY WORK? / WHEN WILL MY WOOD ARRIVE?

Once we have received your proof of payment , delivery date and time will be confirmed via email or telephone.

We strive to deliver your orders within 2-5 business days

Standard deliveries take place between 8h00 and 17h00 Monday to Friday.

PLEASE MAKE SURE SOMEONE IS AT THE DELIVERY ADDRESS TO RECEIVE YOUR ORDER WHEN A DELIVERY DATE AND TIME HAS BEEN CONFIRMED.

DELIVERY TERMS AND CONDITIONS

STANDARD DELIVERY

Delivery fee varies depending on your location.

Delivery times are estimated. Please allow a 4 – 5 Hour window period for delivery to arrive. There are many factors that can affect delivery times i.e. traffic congestion, unplanned delays, rain, etc.

Please make sure you inform us if you would like our team to stack the bags in a multi-storey building, up a big flight of stairs or down narrow pathways where trolleys cannot fit. This may incur an additional fee.

CUSTOMER PRIVACY POLICY

PAYMENT OPTIONS ACCEPTED

Payment may be made via Visa and MasterCard, or EFT.

CARD ACQUIRING AND SECURITY

Card transactions will be acquired for Fire Culture via PayGate (Pty) Ltd who are the approved payment gateway for all South African Acquiring Banks. PayGate uses the strictest form of encryption, namely Secure Socket Layer 3 (SSL3) and no Card details are stored on the website. Users may go to www.paygate.co.za to view their security certificate and security policy.

CUSTOMER DETAILS SEPARATE FROM CARD DETAILS

Customer details will be stored by Fire Culture separately from card details which are entered by the client on PayGate’s secure site.

MERCHANT OUTLET COUNTRY AND TRANSACTION CURRENCY

The merchant outlet country at the time of presenting payment options to the cardholder is South Africa. Transaction currency is South African Rand (ZAR).
