GEO CULTURE IS A BUSINESS IN THE RETAIL & DISTRIBUTION INDUSTRY THAT SELLS FIREWOOD, ECO LITTER, WOOD PELLETS & OTHER ALTERNATIVE-WOOD PRODUCTS.
Subject to availability and receipt of payment, orders will be processed within 2–5 working days.
Delivery date and time will be confirmed.
Customers who fail to accept delivery during the confirmed delivery time (after delivery has been confirmed and dispatched) will incur an additional delivery charge.
Local firewood is packed by volume and is available in medium and large bags. Please feel free to reach out if you require any additional information.
Cancellation of orders by the client will incur a R200 administration fee.
The offering on our website is available to South African clients only. For international deliveries, please refer to our export page.
The provision of goods and services is subject to availability. In instances where a product is unavailable, we will issue a refund within 5 working days.

EFT payments: Please use your name and surname as the reference. EFTs must be made before delivery can be scheduled, and proof of payment must be sent to order@geoculture.co.za. Deliveries will only be done once the EFT payment reflects in our account.
Transaction currency is South African Rands (ZAR).

HOW DOES DELIVERY WORK? / WHEN WILL MY FIRE OR WOOD-ALTERNATIVE PRODUCTS ARRIVE?
Once we have received your proof of payment or request for cash on delivery, the delivery date and time will be confirmed via email, WhatsApp, or telephone.
We strive to deliver all orders within 2–5 business days.
Standard deliveries take place between 08:00 and 17:00, Monday to Friday.
Please ensure that someone is available at the delivery address to receive your order once the delivery date and time have been confirmed.

Delivery fees vary depending on your location.
Delivery times are estimates; please allow a 4–5 hour window for your order to arrive. Multiple factors can affect delivery times, including traffic congestion, unexpected delays, and weather conditions.
Please inform us in advance if you require our team to stack bags in a multi-storey building, carry them up a large flight of stairs, or move them through narrow pathways where trolleys cannot fit. Additional fees may apply for these services.

PAYMENT OPTIONS ACCEPTED
Payment may be made via Visa and MasterCard, or EFT.
CARD ACQUIRING AND SECURITY
Card transactions will be processed for Geo Culture via Paystack, the approved payment gateway for all South African acquiring banks. Paystack uses industry-standard encryption, including Secure Socket Layer 3 (SSL3), and no card details are stored on our website. CUSTOMER DETAILS SEPARATE FROM CARD DETAILS
